Works often reflect coastal morphology and ecosystems – evidence of MSc research at Canterbury University, Christchurch and many years spent as a coastal geomorphologist and environmental consultant.
The movement and organic nature of un-stretched canvas is the ideal material for her large work – often painting on the floor, and at times her feet.
