We welcome your interest as a Gallery/Museum (with exhibition space)  in joining KOAST- Tai Tokerau Art Trail 2027.  The deadline for your 2027  registration form  is 30 June 2027. 

There are 2 main categories for registration.  If you are a gallery who wishes to exhibit, please use this form.

Exhibitors receive:

·  The opportunity to register for Tai Tokerau Art Trail with artists showing in your exhibition space.  These artists should be unique to your gallery if possible to ensure as broad a range of artists as possible are involved on the trail.

·  A full page listing on the KOAST website with an image of your gallery and an outline of your artists exhibiting

·  Your artists will also be listed as individuals. If you artists wish to have their image and a short profile with contact details as well they will need to pay a fee of $60.00.

·  One listing and map locator in KOAST trail guide

·  You or your exhibiting artists have the opportunity to  use the  KOAST Raffle and Trail Guide sales space at the Packhouse Market KOAST space leading up to KOAST

·  Facebook and  Instagram posts per gallery as well as event postings.  If your artists have paid a fee to be listed as above, they will also receive Facebook and Instagram posts

·  8 - 12 week intensive advertising of the event including signage, Facebook/ Instagram advertising, newspaper, magazine

·  Taking part in a marketing, public relations and advertising campaign including social media advertising about the event

·  Event signage at your location provided by KOAST

·  A 4 month national marketing, pr, and advertising campaign including social media and a brochure which is distributed nationally

Please note that all exhibitors need to send images as outlined below.  The images do not need to be the exact art your artists intend to exhibit at KOAST but give examples.

As well you need to send 200 words for the website/social media and no more than 30 words for the Trail Guide.

Below please upload 3 images (at least 1500 pixels wide) of  the work your gallery will exhibit and one of the gallery. These will be used with your listing on the website and in social media posts.  As well, please type in up to 200 words about your gallery and any other interesting or colourful information about you to fascinate your visitors. This will be used on the website and social media. 

Please upload one LARGE  image for the Trail Guide, suitable for print and type in your 30 words for the Trail Guide.

We need your help to make KOAST a success.  Please let us know what skills your gallery (and your exhibiting artists) could offer (eg help with signage) and/or which work group you could assist with.

Note that after the KOAST event, the Trail Guides last for a year and are distributed through motels, airport, iSites and and galleries for visitors so your advertisement will be in circulation for a year
